Jennifer,,, I have often thought of you Realize you the chance to breathe freely,,,, you can move without shortness of breath,,,, Well, I understood that chance,,,, because back down below 4000 meters,,,, we breathe a lot better, and we appreciated,,,, top of 4000 meter rush of exhaustion is multiple, our muscles no longer have the oxygen needed to propel you,,, so it rises one foot at a time, taking 4 breaths short and fast walking,,,,
J have almost "die of exhaustion" in the second day,,, J stays far from being well acclimatized to the lack of oxygen, I had made up the insomnia has 4 hours of the morning and I had an old bar in the stomach, ,,, my short legs, my hips, my lower back, my stomach, my neck and my lungs ached and c is at this moment that Michael,,,, m wanting to encourage a quote,,, there are only a 400metre climb a total of 1000 meters to go,,, I have burst into tears still walking Because if I stop I shivering cold .,... J stays overdress and under my coat, soaked with sweat J stays ,,,,, c is at that moment that I have sworn to Michel to continue without me if I would arrive nor not,,,, and seeing that I had the greatest difficulty in breathing,,, ,,,,, accept it then the next day, I have and continue to improve while c is a measure As,,,, (Michael knew that with my head of pig,,, I will persevere until the end Quite a walk like a snail)
